With more than 20 years in early childhood, from running an in-home daycare to managing a national franchise, we’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.
That’s why we opened Heart + Harmony Kids: a family-run preschool focused on what matters most—nurturing children and supporting families. Here, learning is hands-on, joyful, and led by caring teachers who help kids grow with confidence.
The name reflects our vision. Heart represents the love, care, and compassion at the center of everything we do. Harmony reflects the balance we strive for—between play and learning, between school and family, and between each child’s unique needs and our community as a whole. Together, they capture our commitment to creating a place where children grow with confidence, joy, and connection.

Vicki Parsa
Founder and Director of Heart + Harmony Kids
Hi, I’m Ms. Vicki, a mom of five and longtime Hilliard resident who found her calling in early childhood education. While completing my master’s degree, I cared for children from home and discovered how deeply meaningful this work is.
I have taught English at a private school in Türkiye and traveled throughout Europe, experiences that shaped my global perspective and appreciation for different cultures. My husband and I are raising our family in Hilliard, along with our two cats, Saffron and Peshak.
At Heart + Harmony Kids, our vision of caring for children has come to life. I am dedicated to creating a place where every child feels safe, known, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. I am also a founder of the A. Parsa Foundation, a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on education and the arts.
